ツリースタンドの設置と交換

お客様のツリーは、当社の倉庫で専門的にスタンドが事前に設置された状態で届き、すぐに展示できます。また、古いスタンド（同じメーカーとモデル）は無料で交換いたします。

• Shipping Fee: Orders over HKD 500 qualify for free home delivery. Orders below HKD 500 will incur a HKD 150 delivery fee.

• Delivery Date: Please choose a suitable delivery date. We can change dates up to 2 weeks before your scheduled delivery; however, dates and times may change if the container is delayed by adverse weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8) or other weather-related issues. We will deliver on your chosen date and time, or as close as possible.

• Receipt of Goods: Please ensure somebody is at home to sign for the delivery. If you choose to have the tree dropped off with your estate concierge/security service, this will be at your own risk.

• Cancellation Policy: If you would like to cancel your order, notice must be provided before 1st November. Cancellations after this date will not be accepted.

• No Returns After Acceptance: Once the tree has been handed over and checked in person at the time of delivery, we cannot accept any returns or refunds. If the tree is visibly damaged upon delivery, you may refuse the delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Staircase Delivery: If your delivery address requires the tree to be carried upstairs, an additional fee of HKD 80 per floor will apply, payable directly to the delivery staff.

Collection Point Terms and Conditions

  Inspection on Collection: When collecting your tree, please check it for any visible damage. Returns will only be accepted if reported within 24 hours of collection. If your tree is damaged, we will try to replace it. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a full refund.

  Third-Party Collection: If you arrange for a third party to collect your tree, please ensure they bring a copy of your paid receipt and inspect the tree before handover.
  
•

  Cancellation Policy: If you want to cancel your order, notice must be provided before 1st November.
  

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before 1st November. After this date, cancellations will no longer be accepted as we will begin processing and arranging shipments.

  Christmas Trees: All Christmas trees must be signed for in person at the time of delivery. Once accepted and signed for, no refunds will be given. If there are quality issues, you may refuse the delivery on the spot. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

  Other Products: For non-tree products, you may apply for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the return is not due to a quality issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned items.
  
• Please Note
  Each spruce tree is naturally grown, so no two are exactly alike. Variations in shape, density, and color are normal and part of the tree’s natural beauty. These natural differences do not qualify as defects, and orders cannot be refused or returned for this reason.
