Yes. We deliver toMacau, Singapore, and Japan. Deliveries to Singapore and Japan begin15th November, with an estimated15 business daysfor arrival.
Delivery to Hong Kong will begin on December 1. Customers can select an available delivery time slot during checkout.
Orders overHKD 500are delivered free of charge. Orders under HKD 500 will be charged HKD 150. Additional charges apply if delivery requires carrying upstairs (HKD 80 per floor).

No. Once the tree has been handed over and signed for at delivery, returns are not accepted. If the tree has visible damage upon delivery, you may refuse it, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes, decorations and accessories can be returned within7 daysof receipt. If the return is not due to a quality issue, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
